i am a fan of almost all music from heavy metal to rap so I find it very interesting that basically all music is copied from other music. I have 3 ideas I would like to do on my genealogy project the first one being the Beatles . they are one of the biggest rock bands of all time and many other bands have sampled their songs. for example mac miller in 2012 his song loud sampled the Beatles lucy in the sky with diamonds.
            my next idea is the shawshank redemption , a movie that came out in 1994. Stephen king wrote the book in 1982 . it was part of the collection different seasons. family guy sampled shawshank redemptionin in 2009 in their 15th episode of their 17th season.
            last but not least harry potter and the lord of the rings .im a huge fan of both of these movies and noticed that they are very similar in many ways. for example in the beginning harry and froto both live with their uncles. both stories plots are to destroy a piece of jewelry though harry doesn't realize it until hes some way through the story. I could go on fordays about similarities in these movies but Ill save it for my paper.
